The Hilary Hawke Band

The Hilary Hawke Band, is a powerhouse trio featuring celebrated guitarist Ross Martin and rising fiddle innovator Camille Howes. Since forming in 2023, the group has built its identity around improvisation, original songwriting, and a shared reverence for bluegrass and old-time traditions—while never being afraid to stretch the genre’s boundaries.

The band just released their debut album, Lift Up This Old World, in July 2025 on Adhyaropa Records—and it's already earning critical acclaim. Rooted in the rich traditions of bluegrass and old-time music, the album features ten original tracks that explore themes of resilience, hope, acceptance, and heartfelt emotion. From foot-stomping tunes to soul-stirring ballads, this collection invites listeners to trust their journey and connect deeply through both time-honored sounds and fresh, authentic songwriting.

“The group has a synchronicity and dynamism that is undeniably addictive and have been garnering attention for their arrangements, entertaining live shows and virtuosity”—TimeOut NY
